It only takes one life to affect another. It's so important to not let the huge task of saving the
world land on our shoulders. God does that - for Him it's easy to carry the burden- for us it's another story. But
what He does call us to is a life of obedience to Him. That means allowing Him to use us (with the gifts he's given) in
the lives of other people. That's what he wants from us. It's not because He needs our help, he is plenty big to do
anything on His own, but He wants to mold us when we yield ourselves to His desires. He will do great things through
those who are committed to following Him with all that they are, wherever they are. One by one, we can change the
world.

We Can Change The World
To the salesman in his office tying up another sale
His boss told him to stretch the truth but his conscience will prevail
To the worker in the factory you make the world go 'round
The crew calls you religious but they wonder what you've found
To the student on the campus who lets his faith be known
To the farmer on his knees thanking God for what he's grown
chorus We can change the world, one by one
We can conquer any fortress with the power of his love
We can change the world, side by side
We will overcome the darkness when we raise our torches high
We can change the world
To the daddy with his little man playing catch out on the grass
He stops to hug his boy and sees the future in his hands
To the lawyer in the courtroom for the voiceless he will fight
He may run into strong winds but he will stand for what is right
To the teacher in the classroom you mold the future minds
For the servant to the homeless trying to dry the tearful eyes
chorus
bridge Lead the crowd never compromise
Love speaks loud when they see it in your eyes
